Good Friday Luke 23:44-46
Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!
What is Good Friday - definition - good fri·day
The Friday before Easter Sunday, on which the Crucifixion of Christ is commemorated in the Christian Church.
Good Friday isn’t a happy day, but its name is a reminder that humans can only be considered good because of what happened on that day. Good Friday is a day of mourning and sorrow over the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ and a reminder that the sins of all people made it necessary for him to die in the first place. It’s also a day of gratitude for the supreme sacrifice that he made.
In America, many see it as a holiday, not considering what it represents. Where are you? What do you think about Good Friday? A holiday? OR, the day your saviour gave HIS life for YOURS?
Jesus died on the cross for you, for me, for all mankind - so we would be saved and experience life eternal. When the darkest hour came Jesus gave it all back to God. Please read Luke 23:44-46.
Let us not forget what JESUS CHRIST did for us. Good Friday is not a happy day, yet it is a happy day. This is when my life, your life was spared. Love you all. Keep the reason for the holiday - Good Friday - in mind. Next, Easter. Love you all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
