How are you behaving???? Correctly????

Good morning everyone!!! Yes, tis a wonderful day to be alive in the Lord Jesus Christ. Some storms went through this part of Texas last night, 6 dead, and we need to pray for all who are affected.
Now I am not going to read all this to you, but if you will read Romans 12:1-16:27 Paul tells you how to behave. How do we behave?? Do we anger quickly? Do we yell to make our point? The silent treatment? Do we do the right thing?? Treat our co-workers well??? Or not so well?? Just how do you behave....and is it Godly behavior?????
Romans 12:1 "And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice-the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
Romans 12:2 "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."
vs 1 - God want us to offer ourselves as living sacrifices---daily.... laying aside our own desires to follow him, putting all our energy and resourse at his disposal and trusting him to guide us. WHY? We do this out of gratitude that our sins have been forgiven.
vs 2 Paul warns us not to copy the behavior and customs of the world. WHY? They are usually selfish and many times corrupting. Our choice to refuse to conform to the world is deeper than behavior and customs...we must have this firmly planted in our mind.
When the Holy Spirit renews, reeducates, and redirects our mind we are truly transformed. Romans 8:5
God has good, pleasing, and perfect plans for his children.
He wants us to be transformed people with renewed minds.
He wants us to live to honor and obey Him.
He wants only what is best for us, He gave His Son to make our new life.
We should joyfully give ourselves as living scrifices for his service.
Thank you for reading. How is YOUR behavior?

Love you all!!

In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
