Are you meek? Is Christ the source of your meekness?

Good morning all! Another great day to be alive in the LORD JESUS CHRIST!! GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!! Be careful today as the roads are icy. Please say a travel prayer prior to departing.


Matthew 5:5 "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth."Meek - -the source of our meekness is Christ. Matthew was the only one to mention meek which relates to Psalm 37:11 "The lowly will possess the land and will live in peace and prosperity."


Our meekness is Christ who bestows it when men submit their wills to his. Matthew 11:28,29 "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls."


Inherit the earth...The earthly Messianic kingdom.
Are you meek? Do you follow Christ?

Do you follow Christ with head knowledge or do you have a personal heart to heart relationship with Him?
