Who do you listen to?????

Good morning everyone!! What a great day to be alive in JESUS CHRIST! What a priviledge to be a child of God. If we do as we are told we will usually be OKAY. However, human nature is that we want to "EXPERIENCE IT OURSELVES." Solomon was wise, and he had many come to him for decisions. Parents are usually wise, or wiser than their children and try to share knowledge with them so they will do right, be safe, and have a less stressful and more enjoyable life.
Sometimes we do with God as my middle daughter told me one day. I asked why she wouldn't listen to what I am saying and her comment was 'sometimes you just need to experience it yourself'. This frustrates a parent, it did me......just think about how many times we do this to God.
Then, you will get a suprise phone call as I did yesterday about your child listening and it helps. My oldest daughter called and asked if I remembered telling them not to just go at a green light, pause, look both ways in case someone runs their stoplight. After I said yes, she said a car ran a RED light, because hers was GREEN, she paused, and the car went through. If she had not paused she would have been T-boned on the drivers side. Because she listened, she was safe, avoided an accident and possible major tragedy. I was very happy and pleased.
Don't you know our father in heaven is pleased when we follow what He says. Ephesians 6:1 "CHILDREN, OBEY YOUR PARENTS BECAUSE YOU BELONG TO THE LORD, FOR THIS IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO."
Go make your FATHER in HEAVEN PROUD today! Follow HIS word!! Love you all, thank you for reading. Down belong is suggestions for Christians to relieve stress. Thank you Lisa for sending this to share.
In Christ's Love and Grace
