Do you DELIGHT in the LORD???

Good morning to all!! God is good all the time, all the time God is good. God is like Tony the Tiger....Heeeeeee's GGGGRRRREEEEEAAAAATTTTTT!!! Just look at God's word and find comfort.
How have you been acting? This we call behavior!! Psalm 37:3-7
"Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. 4 Talke delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart's desires. 5 Committ everything you do to the LORD, Trust him, and he will help you. 6 He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun. 7 Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act. Don't worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes."
David tells us to delight in the Lord and to commit everything we have and do to him. DO YOU???? I honestly can answer no, however I plan to do better.
How do we delight in the Lord? To delight means to experience great pleasure and joy in ones presence. This only happens when we know that person well. Soooooo, to delight in the Lord we must know him better. Knowledge of God's great love for us will indeed give us delight.
To commit ourselves to the Lord means giving everything---our lives, families, jobs, possessions---give them to God. Let God have control and guidance. Trusting in the Lord, believing He can care for us better than we can care for ourselves. Duh??? Who made heaven? Who made earth? Who made man? Don't you think God can care for us??? A resounding YES HE CAN!!!!
