Who are you? Abraham - Moses - or Jonah?

Good morning everyone! God is good all the time, all the time God is good.
TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!

Romans 12:4-6 "For as we have many member in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, ......."

Think for a moment about your gifts from God and what you do with them. Are you obedient? Do you argue with God? Do you try to run from God? Let me tell you about 3 men, what they did, and the outcome.

Jonah - He did not want to do what God called him to do. He ran away, suffered consequences, then he DID DO GOD'S WILL. Now he still was not too happy, but he did follow what God wanted him to do.

Then Moses - He argued with God. Man, I can't do this, I stutter, I have problems, God gave him assistance, his brother Aaron, and they did God's will.

And Abraham - He was obedient, took his son Isaac to offered for sacrifice as God had told him, and when he raised the knife God called out: "Abraham, Abraham!" He was obedient in doing God's will.

Where are you today? Are you Jonah-running from God; Moses-arguing and giving excuses; or Abraham-obedient?

In the end you will do God's will my friend, so, why fight it. Take some time for knee mail, talk to God, follow His will. As Christ said, no my will but thine. Have a wonderful day. May I call you Abraham, oh obedient one?

In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
