May 1st, 2014 -- National Day of Prayer

Good morning all. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.  TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!
  Today, May 1st, the National Day of Prayer.  It is a great thing to come together collectively or individually to pray for our country, our world.  God knows us all, sees us all, and wants us to prosper, but how can we if we are out of God's will?
   National Day of Prayer ---- please stop,  STOP! Stop doing whatever you deem important and take time to talk with your father in heaven.  What can be more important than talking to the one who has a mansion for you to eternally reside in? 
   Ever wonder.......hmm, am I really saved or will the day come when God says yes, you did many things in my name but I never knew you?
   Romans 8:9  Bible App "But our are not controlled by your sinful nature.  You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you."
  Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness."
  Mark 14:38  
    Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
Luke 6:12 
    And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
Luke 18:1

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

 

YOU have the Spirit of God within, Pray as Jesus did, without ceasing, lay it all out before God. Take time my friend.  Love you all.
