Just one time......PLEEEAAAASSEE!

Good morning to each and everyone of you. I just hope and pray that today is a wonderful day for you all. God is good all the time and all the time God is good. All we have to do is be obedient, just be obedient. How hard is that??? Really, how hard is that?????? Pretty hard!!
How many times as you grew up, or how many times have your children asked if they could do something....just one time PLEASE!! Just wanting to go to the R or X rated movie, just one time......try drugs or alcohol just one time.......drive fast and test the speed of my auto just one time.....or...on and on!! God gives us commandments to follow.
We are not as the Old Testament people and have to offer sacrifices. All we have to do is accept Jesus Christ into our heart. Then love the Lord thy God and love your neighbor. When we turn our live over to Christ, HE will give us the desire to obey Him and follow His commandments. As our relationship with God grows we will begin to trust Him more and be more obedient. Through this comes wisdom and understandingand the easier it becomes to obey Him, AND you will develope the desire to please God!
1 Samuel 15:22 ".......Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed than the fat of rams."
Acts 5:29 "peter and the other apostles answered and said: 'We ought to obey God rather than men.'"
Philippians 2:13 "God is working in you, giving you the desire to obey Him and the power to do what pleases Him."
