Give me a home where there is an encouraging word - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Good morning everyone. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.
TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!

Encourage one another! You can listen to the cynics and doubters and believe that success is impossible or you can trust that with faith and an optimistic attitude all things are possible.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 "So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing."

As you come to the end of a long race, your legs ache, your throat burns, and your whole body screams at you to stop. This is when friends and fans are most valuable. Their encouragement helps you push through the pain to the finish line.

We, as Christians, must do this as well, encourage one another. Rather than a race, we are at war! At war with satan, whom we cannot defeat except for one way. That way is through Jesus Christ, our LORD and saviour. Look up, ask God for the strength and help; then look around-be sensitive to others' need for encouragement and offer supportive words or actions.

Can you do it? As Bob the Builder would say: "YES YOU CAN!" You never know what small act or word can do for someone. It may be the action that helps them move up, move on, and continue-giving them new hope. When you have time go to YouTube, Sharon Wright and look at "Change for a Dollar." It will touch your heart and shows how actions are encouraging to others.

Love you all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
