Liar, liar, pants on fire? Colossians 3:9

Good morning everyone! God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!
   Yesterday I asked if evil, earthly things are lurking within you.  You can tell me any story you wish me to believe, however, God knows!
     Colossians 3:9 "Don't lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds." ( click to listen to Colossians 3)
    Lying to one another disrupts and destroys trust and unity.  Relationships will be torn down and serious conflicts may occur, whether in personal relationships or in church.  Do not exaggerate facts nor leave out facts; do not gossip or spread rumors; do not say things to build yourself up while tearing down someone else.  Being committed to Jesus Christ means being committed to being truthful.
   Jesus wants you, Jesus wants me, to clean up our lives of verbal sin, of sexual/lustful sins.  There is no place in the church (church meaning the people-not a building) for gossip, rage, talking about others, sexual sins, lustful sins, covetness. You, as a child of God, a follower of Jesus Christ, are to be a beacon to others.
   You, I, should be as a lighthouse on a stormy night - displaying love, faith, and hope to others.  Do others see the light in you?  How bright is your lighthouse?  A glimmer of light or a bright beam of light?
   Love you all.  Lie not and stay thirsty for the living water my friend.
