Are you walking a tightrope?

good morning everyone!!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for you all. God IS GOOD all the time, and ALL THE TIME God is good!!!! Life is wonderful, life is short, afterlife is fabulous, afterlife is forever. We are simply practicing here how God wants us to act "up there".
Ephesians 6:13 "TAKE UP THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND IN THE EVIL DAY, AND HAVE DONE ALL TO STAND." A tightrope walker has to have a strong sense of one thing.....that is....BALANCE!!! If he/she does not, then he/she will now be a tightrope faller, not a good thing. We have to have balance in our lives, and it may be easier to spot imbalance in someone else's life than our own.
In this case we need to do self-diagnosis, and this may help. Start out with HOW STRONG IS MY RELATIONSHIP WITH: GOD...........then SPOUSE..........then CHILDREN......and let's finish the chain.. how well is my career going? do I get along with coworkers? how are my finances (in order)? do I make friends and keep friends? Is Christ evident in my life? Am I taking care of the temple of the Lord (body)?
If your answers are in the negative, then it is time for a heart transplant, not of the natural world but of the spiritual world. Start with number one, GOD, if He is not number 1, whoa, we have a problem. If God is by your side, then you will be able to walk the tightrope, or balance you life with less problems. Can't say 'no problems' as the devil is alive and moving. Just stay close to God and He will reveal his plan for you.
Just ask God to help you balance the priorities in you life. Find someone, a prayer partner, anyone, who will hold you accoountable to live a balanced live. Encourage struggling friends, and maybe keep a diary or journal of the challenges you face and your victories.
I Corinthians 14:40 "LET ALL THINGS BE DONE DECENTLY AND IN ORDER."
Thank you for reading, have a wonderful day in the Lord and at work. Love you all. Don't forget to pray for us all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
Johnny
