Spirituality? Uh, oh, yes I am spiritual. John 4:24

Good morning everyone! God is good all the time, all the time God is good. TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!

Have you thought about your spiritual life? No, REALLY THOUGHT ABOUT IT!?!?

Did you know the average person in the U.S.A. spends:
. six months sitting at traffic lights
. eight months opening junk mail
. one year searching through desk clutter
. two years trying to call people who are not in
. three years in meetings
. five years waiting in lines

In a single day an average American will:
. commute forty-five minutes
. be interrupted seventy-three times
. receive six hundred advertising messages
. watch four hours of television

And we wonder why we have the attention span of a ferret on a triple cappuccino.
And what do we (you) have to show for all of the added "productivity"?

Health problems, stress, no quality time with your children, more time on face book or email than with family. Wow! It is time to set margins, slow your roll, and feel God's presence.

John 4:24 "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." Words from Jesus. Spirit is mentioned 491 times in the Bible.
