Opposite of foolish - - - wisdom

Good morning everyone!! How are you today? Please tell just one person about Jesus today. God is good all the time, all the time God is good!
Psalm 34:1 "I will extol the LORD at all times, his praise will always be on my lips."

Yesterday we visited about what a fool says....well.....what about the opposite......the benefits of wisdom?
Proverbs 3:1-4 "My son, do not forget my teaching,
but keep my commands in your heart,
for they will prolong your life many years
and bring you prosperity.
Let love and faithfulness never leave you,
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man."
Wow, just take a moment, Stop, read this passage again. Keep my commands where? In our heart! Our heart is the engine of our life! If we have lust in the heart-we will lust; if we have greed in our heart-we will want more; if we do not have love in our heart - we will hate.

The song OPEN THE EYES OF MY HEART LORD has very strong meaning to me. When you have time listen to this song. The eyes of our heart determine the heartbeat of our life, the path we will walk, and expose our true inward self. Where is your heart? What is written on the tablet of your heart? Where is your source of Strength????

Good morning to one and all!!! What a great day to be alive in the LORD Jesus Christ!!! God is good all the time, all the time God is good!! Yesterday we talked about commitment. Commitment=you are either IN or OUT, there is NO INBETWEEN.

So many things we hear just a little bit. A 'little bit' pregnant, speeding just 'a little bit', NO, you are either IN or OUT. When you commit God is right there with you, to run the race with you. Where does your strength come from. What is the verse, uh, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me?

Our source of strength is GOD. HE takes care of all we cannot. Being human, we have a tendency to want to take care of it, solve it, do it ourselves. We are not the one who can do this, we have to learn to give it all over to God. When we become burden, heavy laden, STOP, DROP, & PRAY!! Refocus and give it all to God.

Where is freedom?? Freedom is giving everything to God, refocus, set your priorities to do what is truly important. God give us the strength and wisdom to handle these things and HE takes care of the rest.

2 Corinthians 1:5 "Our power and ability and sufficiency are from God."

2 Corinthians 1:17 "Where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is freedom."

Good morning!!! Yes, a great day in JESUS CHRIST!!! God is good all the
time and all the time God is good. Sometimes does something happen to you
and then you think will I could have....... or I should have...... and
then we let this "stuff" fester? Today let's look at Ehpesians 4:31.
KJ "LET ALL BITTERNESS, AND WRATH, AND ANGER, AND CLAMOUR, AND EVIL
SPEAKING, BE PUT AWAY FROM YOU, WITH ALL MALICE." Life Application
Study Bible "GET RID OF ALL BITTERNESS, RAGE, ANGER, HARSH WORDS, AND
SLANDER, AS WELL AS ALL TYPES OF EVIL BEHAVIOR."
Let's look at this....'let all bitterness', this is every form of
irritability, every inward resentful disposition against others,
hardness of spirit.

'Wrath'....this is the rapid boiling up and furious outburst of temper
into passionate expression.

'Anger'.....anger is the settled disposition of indignation.

'Clamor'......clamor is the loud, railing outburst in a storm of anger.

'Evil speaking'.....deliberate insult with abusive words.

'With all malice'......this is a vicious disposition of character.

All of this wrongs, vices, bad attributes are to be put away once and
for all. God wants us to make a clean sweep of these unchristian
characteristics. These harbor in all of us.....we have the 'choice'
to restrain them or to let them out.

Not one of the characteristics listed above work to the advantage of
anyone. Not in marriage, in family, among friends, co-workers,
anywhere.

Where do you sit??? We are all guilty...but where are we now???

Who do you seek??????

Good morning everyone!!! It is indeed GREAT to be ALIVE in JESUS!!! Jesus knows, HE can and will lead us. GOD is good all the time, and all the time GOD is good!!!
Proverbs 3:6 "SEEK HIS WILL IN ALL YOU DO, AND HE WILL SHOW YOU WHICH PATH TO TAKE."
Solomon is telling us that we MUST seek GOD'S WILL in all we do to receive HIS guidance. This means to turn EVERY AREA of our LIFE over to GOD. In Matthew 6:33 Jesus emphasizes this again. When we look at our lives and priorities we have to ask: What is important to me? How often do we acknowledge God? Do we really give all to God?
We may already acknowledge God in some areas of our lives. We pray before we eat, we fuss and cuss drivers; we study our Bible, then we walk in the ways of the world; we love Jesus, we keep it a secret; etc. We give credit and acknowledgement is some areas, but some places we restrict or ignore God. Is this what HE wants???
Let's all pray for our selves and then each other that we make God a vital part of everything we do. When we do this HE will guide you becuase you will be working to accomplish HIS purposes. My prayer is to keep me humble, working for the Lord, and to not take credit, but to give credit to God for all HE has given me.
Don't be as Moses, strike the rock with you staff and take credit for providing water. IT IS GOD WHO DOES ALL!!!! Thank you friends for reading, have a very blessed day in the Lord. Share a kind greeting, a smile, the love of God with someone today!! Love you all.
