How are your actions? Your words?

Good morning everyone!!! Brrrr!! Pretty cool outside this morning!!! Some school closings in the DFW area!! Let’s all pray that the spirit moves us as we need to be moved and we walk with a new nature. Let’s look at Ephesians 4:28-29. We have been looking at being new in Christ, a new nature, and about lying, so today we will looks at using our hands for good, not evil.

Ephesians 4:28-29 “IF YOU ARE A THIEF, QUIT STEALING. INSTEAD, USE YOUR HANDS FOR GOOD HARD WORK, AND THEN GIVE GENEROUSLY TO OTHERS IN NEED. (29) DON’T USE FOUL OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. LET EVERYTHING YOU SAY BE GOOD AND HELPFUL, SO THAT YOUR WORDS WILL BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO THOSE WHO HEAR THEM.”

We can bring sorrow and disappointment to the Holy Spirit, to ourselves, to others by the way we live. Paul is telling us to use our hand for GOOD, not evil, to help others in need. Are we doing that? Helping others in need? Putting our hands to good use?

Then, right behind that Paul warns us about poor choice of words, or questionable language. Poor wording may come from the wrong use of anger, slander, harsh words, maybe bad attitudes toward others. Paul tells us we should be forgiving just as God has forgiven us. What do your actions do? Do they please God? Does your attitude please God? We need to encourage one another, not tear them down. Build up each other in the body of Christ. So…….are you helpful and encouraging? If not, WHY?????

Thank you for reading with me today. I hope this touches you in some way. Pray for on another, our pastors, everyone in a leadership role. Pray for everyone to have safe passage today as the cold weather moves in. Love you all!!!

Who's angry??? Who lies??? Not me!!!!

Good morning everyone!!!! I hope this is a wonderful day for each and every one of you. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!! Please take a moment to pray for each person receiving this, each person who is on your church list, our pastors, leaders, nation, and most of all pray that you remain in God's will!!!
Yesterday we talked about Ephesians 4:23-24 and putting on your new nature. As you are a new creature in our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!! Did you put on you new nature? Well, when reading this I felt the verses following were important to follow up with. Let's look at them.
Ephesians 4:25-27 "SO STOP TELLING LIES. LET US TELL OUR NEIGHBORS THE TRUTH, FOR WE ARE ALL PARTS OF THE SAME BODY.(26) aND 'DON'T SIN BY LETTING ANGER CONTROL YOU.' DON'T LET THE SUN GO DOWN WHILE YOU ARE STILL ANGRY, (270) FOR ANGER GIVES A FOOTHOLD TO THE DEVIL."
Wow!!! Pretty strong words!!!! So, don't tell lies....tell the truth!! If we lie to one another the trust deteriates, our unity breaks down, and conflicts arise. When we tell just one little white lie, we still lie and have to be ready to lie again to cover up the first little white lie. WHY??The truth never changes!! What?? Yes, the truth never changes!!!! A lie can tear apart the unity of churches and create warfare in the church. Yea says the devil as this is what he wants. Don't fall prey, do fall and pray!
The Bible does not teach against getting angry, as Christ was angry. What was Christ angry at? Yes, SIN!!! The Bible teaches us to handle our anger properly. If we vent our anger and frustration thoughtlessly we can hurt others, ourself, the church, and relationships fail quickly. However, we do need to be able to vent, but do so in a constructive way. If we hold something inside it will fester until we erupt as does a volcanoe and the ash will cover and damage many.
If we keep the anger inside and nurse it the devil enjoys this provides him an opportunity to divide us, cause strife, SOOOOOOOOOOOOO..........Wherever we are we need to begin mending our anger, our frustrations, but in a positive and constructive way that will keep us in step with our Lord Jesus Christ!!!
Thank you for listening....ur.....reading today. We all have anger but how we deal with it determines our path, keeping God first. Love you all!! Please be safe today, say a travel prayer, and take the Lord with you everywhere you go!!

Oh, yeah ?!?!?!? What attitude?????

Good morning everyone!!! I trust and pray that your yesterday was successful and filled with the Lord's help. You never know what will happen, even when you pray, things happen. Yep, someone, somewhere, sometime will become upset and why? Then how do they act?? How do you act?? Huh?? How do I act??? Well.....uh.....yes, we do need to evaluate, so let's do that right now.
Ephesians 4:23-24 "INSTEAD, LET THE SPIRIT RENEW YOUR THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDES. PUT ON YOUR NEW NATURE, CREATED TO BE LIKE GOD-TRULY RIGHTEOUS AND HOLY."
So, what is this saying then? Well, to begin with, before we came to Christ we were of the world, enjoying worldly things, and some we still do. However, when we accept the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit will renew our life through our thoughts and attitudes. Our old ways are of the past, we need to be shed of it as we get rid of old items such as clothes, tools, etc. When we choose to accept what Jesus Christ offers us, salvation, this is a one time decision and we must be very aware that this is a daily, hourly, minute by minute, second by second committment.
We should not longer be driven by the impulses of the world, but be conscious of our thoughts, deeds, attitudes. Many of us know Christians who appear to be there daily by knowledge, but their attitudes are not representative of Christ. How is your attitude? Are you toting an attitude of the world? Are you toting a "chip" on you shoulder? Are you trying to do what is right in God's sight?
Once we put our lives in the hands of Jesus Christ, who died to make us pure we need to put on the new nature. What nature? The nature of Jesus!! Let the things of the world go, and begin heading in the direction of the new nature, have the new way of thinking that the Holy Spirit gives. Take time to look at your attitude and evaluate where you are walking. Are you walking HOLY or hell-y?
To live in the new nature we need to stay in the word, continually seeking God, and continue studying. God is great, nothing can seperate you from the journey of God, the love of God unless you allow. God loves us unconditionally, do you love him equally? Attitude check!! Thank you for reading with me this morning. Love each of you and pray that you have a wonderful day in the Lord!!! God is good all the time....all the time God is good!!!!!
Pray of the people on our list, those in need, our leaders from local to national, give thanks in all you do and have.

Are words just words?

Good morning everyone!!!! Sorry for last week, being thanksgiving was gone and did not have easy access to internet. I hope your holiday time was wonderful and you had a very enjoyable time. God will take care of us, we just have to let him do it!! I have had numerous discussions with a friend about words. Are words just words? Can they be offensive? Is cursing bad or are they JUST WORDS? Does our language affect our example as a Christian?
Let's look at 2 Corinthians 6:3 "WE LIVE IN SUCH A WAY THAT NO ONE WILL STUMBLE BECAUSE OF US, AND NO ONE WILL FIND FAULT WITH OUR MINISTRY." 4 "IN EVERYTHING WE DO, WE SHOW THAT WE ARE TRUE MINISTERS OF GOD. WE PATIENTLY ENDURE TROUBLES AND HARDSHIPS AND CALAMITIES OF EVERY KIND."
Paul is telling us this and in everything he did, Paul always considered what his actions communicated about Jesus Christ. We, as believers, are ministers of Jesus Christ, ministers for God. During your daily walk many unbelievers watch and observe you. Can we afford to let our undisciplined actions or talk give someone reason to reject Jesus Christ? To say, if that is what being a Christian is I don't want to be?
Are words just words? Words cut, words leave scars, words slash to the bone, words leave a dirty taste in the mouth, words can be bad breath!! How are your words? If you say "Oh, _ _ _ _", is it okay?
My friend and I discuss the cursing part. Yes, I know 'horse' could be a bad word, BUT, it is not. Therefore, my contention is that if I do use bad words, I am tainting the image of Christ and I will be held accountable. What do you think? Are words just words? Use any you wnat with no worry? For me, words are important and should be used properly to further the image of Christ others may see in me.
Thanks for reading today!!!! I hope and pray you have a wonderful week!!! Remember, because of thanksgiving there are fewer turkeys in the world, but there are also a lot of other "stuffed turkeys" running around. LOL. Love you all. Please pray for a friend Bobby, you have colon cancer and it has spread into the liver and lymph nodes. He is in kemo now.

Thanksgiving....more than one meaning!

Good morning everyone!! It is really nice for you to take time to read the morning devotional. If you are reading this, when you finish would you just take a moment, hit reply, and say hello? Thank you. Do you give thanks? Okay, then for what? Are you thanks giving in all things? Or are we just focused on thanksgiving in the USA? Do you give thanks to your saviour, maker, comforter? How sincere is your thanks giving?
2 Corinthians 9:15 " Thanks be to God for his indescrible gift." What gift? What has God given you? Have you taken inventory lately? We experience the joy of the Holy Spirit by giving thanks in all things we have!! If we have clothes, a home, food, computer, car, job, did this come out of your own or has God been gracious to you. We should give thanks in all we have.
I have a family that I love and loves me. We do care deeply about each other. God gave me this!!! God can snuff us in a heart beat. If you don't think so, check the old testament, the prophets, their warnings, and when the people forget God see what happens. Zap!! What they have is no more!!!!
Psalm 100:4-5 "Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations."
Two simple words: God loves to hear them, we love to hear them - simply- THANK YOU!
Thank you to who? First to God; then to others in all you do. We should enjoy this season of thanksgiving .....for all we have.......but most important for having a living God and eternal life.

Thank you for reading with me this morning. I will be traveling to Colorado for thanksgiving this afternoon and may not have access until next week. If not, God bless you all and have a wonderful thanksgiving.

Who is your Lord of the Dance?

good morning everyone!!!!! I hope this is a great thanksgiving week for each and everyone of you!! This is a time to give thanks, not just for what we have, but also what we have not!!! Something we all do have is the Lord!!! I thank God for you all many times!!! YOU help keep me in the word and staying on track with the only one and true LIVING GOD!!!
It is easy to be derailed as we make our tracks through life. Deuteronomy 7:19 "Keeping the commandment of God is what matters." The old testament had a lot of rules and regs to follow, glad we don't have those now. The new testament we are to receiv Jesus Christ in our heart, and once we turn our life over to Christ, He will give us the desire to obey Hime, follow His commandments, and become more Christ like. One of my favorite hymns is a 19 century Shaker tune called Lord of the Dance. Please endulge me and think about the words. LORD OF THE DANCE I danced in the morning when the world was begun, and I danced in the moon and the stars and the sun, and I came down from heaven and I danced on the earth. At Bethelehem I had my birth.
I danced for the scribe and the Pharisee, but they would not dance and they would not folow me; I danced for the fishermen, for James and John; they came to me and the dance went on.
I danced on the sabbath when I cured the lame, the holy people said it was a shame; they whipped and they stripped and they hung me high; and they left me there on a cross to die.
I danced on a Friday and the sky turned black; it's hard to dance with the devil on your back; they buried my body and they thought I'd gone, but I am the dance and I STILL GO ON.
They cut me down and I leapt up high, I am the life that'll never, never die; I'll live in you if you'll live in me; I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
the chorus: DANCE, THEN, WHEREVER YOU MAY BE; I AM THE LORD OF THE DANCE, SAID HE. AND I'LL LEAD YOU ALL WHEREVER YOU MAY BE, AND I'LL LEAD YOU ALL IN THE DANCE, SAID HE.
Take time to read this and think about what is being said and by whom!! When my head goes down, I have to remember to look up. Look up my friend, there is a silken lining there somewhere, you just have to look up to seek it.......JESUS CHRIST keeps my lining silken, but I have to look up, fellowship with Him, and keep Him central in my heart.
Be safe this holiday, remember the loved ones you are not able to be with you for one reason or another. Take pride in you Lord.....He is the CURE ALL!!! Love you all. thank you for reading.

Why seek God?

Good morning everyone!! I hope this is a wonderful Friday for you. Once again, as I have said before.....if you don't believe the dead come back to life, be here at quitting time. LOL. Let's pray today's devotional touches you, speaks to you. Thank you for being here.
Why should I seek God? Why can't I just carry on, do what I wish, when I wish, and then once I grow old seek God? I would probably have more fun, and would not have to worry about all these things of being an example for others, did I sin, etc!!!!!
First of all, as a believer we should strive to have a heart of Jesus!! We should have the desire to get closer to God. James 4:8 "DRAW NEAR TO GOD, AND HE WILL DRAW NEAR TO YOU." Sometimes we get caught up in the daily yadda yadda and God may not seem close. He, GOD, is where we have been, where we are now, and has already been where we are going.
We can carry on as we want, but we have to remember in Amos 5:4 "FOR THE LORD SAYS TO THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL: SEEK ME AND LIVE!" God doesn't say seek me and have a nice life.......seek me and LIVE!!! Sooooooooo. Soooooo? That means eternal life, where there is happiness, gladness, praising God continual and enjoying it. No Sunday morning members saying let's go to the early service and "get it over with".
Hosea 10:12 "SOW RIGHTOUSNESS FOR YOURSELVES AND REAP FAITHFUL LOVE; BREAK UP YOU UNTILLED GROUND. IT IS TIME TO SEE THE LORD UNTIL HE COMES AND SENDS RIGHTEOUSNESS ON YOU LIKE THE RAIN."
Seek ye God, and you will inherit the kingdom of God....for you are a child of God, the Father, maker of heaven and earth. What more could one ask for. Deuteronomy 4:29 tells us to search for the Lord and you will find him, and to seek with all your heart and all your soul.
GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME....AND ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD. Hey, thanks for reading with me today. Have a blessed day, seek God first, let the chips fall as God deems, and be thankful. Love you all.

Are you strong through your weakness?

Good morning everyone!!!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for you. God IS good all the time, all the time GOD is GOOD!!!!! What problems do we have? Our biggest problem is probably trusting and giving everything to God. Does God understand what I am going through? Well, duh.....

2 Corinthians 12:10 "THAT'S WHY I TAKE PLEASURE IN MY WEAKNESSES, AND IN THE INSULTS, HARDSHIPS, PERSECUTIONS, AND TROUBLES THAT I SUFFER FOR CHRIST. FOR WHEN I AM WEAK, THEN I AM STRONG."

Paul had a 'thorn' in the flesh that God did not take away. Paul was living proof that holy living and strong daith do not guarantee instant healing. When we pray for healing, whatever it is, we must trust our bodies to God's care. Just know that nothing separates us from His love and our spiritual life, our spiritual condition are more important than our physical condition.

When we are strong in what we have many times we are tempted to do God's work. When we do, this may lead to pride and downfall. God does not want us to be weak, passive, melby milktoasts, as life has enough pitfalls and hurdles. He want us to depend on Him. Only God's power will make us effective for His work that will last.

Sometimes we have to be slapped and brought to our knees before we realize that we need to TOTALLY TRUST IN THE LORD!!! God is with us always, do you treat Him as a step-father? Or as your REAL father in heaven? Take time to talk to Jesus today!! Stop right now and thank Jesus for all you have. Be strong in your weaknesses.

Thank you for reading with me today. Things happen, we wonder why; our whole life may be upset, God is in control and knows what is going on. Keep looking up and stay the course. Love you all. Use you knee mail at least once an hour today and see what happens.

In Christ's love and grace,

Are you thankful? Psalm 136:1

Good morning everyone!!! I hope this weekend has been a blessing for you!! Last week was a week that many experienced a rough road, very bumpy and disturbing. Thank you for all of your prayers. Sometimes prayer is the only thing that gets us through. Even though we felt like we were in a fight against the devil, prayer and faith in our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ brought us through.
We should be able to give thanks in all we do. I read a sign in the Cozy Corner Cafe growing up in Eads, Colorado that say, "I complained about having no shoes until I met a man with no feet." Very simply said, give thanks for what you have. You are reading this, give thanks for the reasons you are able to: alive, well, a job to pay for computer, internet, a house,(home) car, able to walk, talk, breathe, family, friends, etc.
Psalm 136:1 "OH, GIVE THANK TO THE GOD OF GODS! FOR HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER." As our preacher, Bro Lou preached, you will find what you are looking for. Looking for rejection, you will find it, looking for acceptance, you will find it. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. Don't thank God once and go on, just like prayer, don't pray once and go on. Be ernest in your thanking God, count your blessings each day and "to God be the glory."
Here are a couple of verses for you to remember. Colossians 1:11-12 "MAY YOU BE FILLED WITH JOY, ALWAYS THANKING THE FATHER, WHO HAS ENABLED YOU TO SHARE THE INHERITANCE THAT BELONGS TO GOD'S HOLY PEOPLE, WHO LIVE IN THE LIGHT."
Psalm 95:2-3 "LET US COME BEFORE HIS PRESENCE WITH THANKSGIVING; LET US SHOUT JOYFULLY TO HIM WITH PSALMS. FOR THE LORD IS THE GREAT GOD, AND THE GREAT KING ABOVE ALL GODS."
Thank you for reading with me today. remember, be thankful, may it a way of life. Psalm 107:1 "Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For his mercy endures forever." Again, be thankful in all that you do. Take a moment to be thankful for all you have, then please pray for each person receiving this message. May God bless and keep you today. Add a travel prayer to your list as well. Love you all.

Who is your comforter?

Good morning everyone!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for you!!! This has been an interesting week, full moon ya know. Political scene will be changing, and a lot of people have needed lots of prayer. Well, who is your comforter?
Yes, we need to be able to visit with others, good Christians, and get some things off our chest. But, who should we turn to first? Of course, we turn to GOD first......many people I know this week have had to do so, me being one of them. When we talk to God, ask Him to take our burdens, and THEN, LEAVE the burdens with Him.......all will be well. It may not be to our own personal liking, but it will be well.
Psalm 95:19 "WHEN DOUBTS FILLED MY MIND, YOUR COMFORT GAVE ME RENEWED HOPE AND CHEER." then Proverbs 12:17-19 "AN HONEST WITNESS TELLS THE TRUTH; A FALSE WITNESS TELLS LIES. SOME PEOPLE MAKE CUTTING REMARKS, BUT THE WORDS OF THE WISE BRING HEALING. TRUTHFUL WORDS STAND THE TEST OF TIME, BUT LIES ARE SOON EXPOSED."
When things happen, as human nature, we want to take care of them ourselves, in our own way, and don't get in my way!!!! God is our Father and He wants us to ask Him. Our heavenly Father is just as our earthly Father, He wants us to ask. That does not mean an automatic yes and here it is the way you want. There will be yes and no's from our Father. Also, it will be in due time, His time, not ours.
Who is your comforter? Where do you find comfort? thank you for reading with me today. God bless each of you and I do love each of you. We are here for God's pleasure, let's make Him proud!!!!!

Are you committed?

Good morning everyone!!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for everyone. May your day be filled with wonderful events. If you say you love, your love life is right, then this next idea of commitment will be easy. What do Christ say about commitment? Christ wants us to be loyal. Matthew 22:37-38 "YOU MUST LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, ALL YOUR SOUL, AND ALL YOUR MIND." This is the first commandment. Second, Matthew 22:39 "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF." Are you committed or loyal to what you belief? In John 6:66-69 At this point many of his disciples turned away and deserted him. Then Jesus turned to the Twelve and asked, "Are you going to leave, too?" Simon Peter replied, "Lord, to whom would we go? You alone have the words that give eternal life. We believe them, and we know you are the Holy One of God."
So, ask yourself, where am I at this time, will I turn away and desert him, OR will I continue my love, belief, and commitment to the one who gives eternal life? But, but...... There is no 'but', only "I WILL", only "I BELIEVE", only "I LOVE", anyone can promise us anything, but only one can promise and carry through. That one is our Father, God, and through Jesus do we come.
Here is a promise from God in Hebrews 3:14 "for if we are faithful to the end....we will share in all that belongs to Christ." How much greater can this be? Being a kings son or daughter, sharing in ALL that belongs to Christ!!!!!! WOW!!!!
Thank you for reading and spending time with me. love you lots through Christ Jesus, my Lord and saviour. Take time to PRAY!!

Who are you fooling?

Good morning everyone!!! I pray that this is a great day in the Lord for you. God knows, Jesus knows, the Holy Spirit knows, do you know? Know what???? Do you know the truth?? Are you totally honest in what you do??? Okay, what are we talking about here??? Alright, have you ever noticed that many times we "twist" or "say" things OUR WAY, so it will cast a different light on us, rather than the true light? Wait, come to the point here, don't beat around the bush!!!! Okay, here goes, some times we are deceitful or deceptive in the way we present things. Basically, we LIE!! Oh, no, not me.....I tell the truth. Well....look at Acts 5:1-5 "THERE WAS ALSO A MAN NAMED ANANIAS WHO, WITH HIS WIFE, SAPPHIRA, SOLD SOME PROPERTY, HE BROUGHT PART OF THE MONEY TO THE APOSTLES, BUT HE CLAIMED IT WAS THE FULL AMOUNT. HIS WIFE HAD AGREED TO THIS DECEPTION. THEN PETER SAID, 'ANANIAS, WHY HAS SATAN FILLED YOUR HEART? YOU LIED TO THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND YOU KEPT SOME OF THE MONEY FOR YOURSELF. THE PROPERTY WAS YOURS TO SELL OR NOT SELL, AS YOU WISHED. AND AFTER SELLING IT, THE MONEY WAS YOURS TO GIVE AWAY. HOW COULD YOU DO A THING LIKE THIS? YOU WEREN'T LYING TO US BUT TO GOD.' AS SOON AS ANANIAS HEARD THESE WORDS, HE FELL TO THE FLOOR AND DIED....GREAT FEAR GRIPPED THE ENTIRE CHURCH AND ALL OTHERS WHO HEARD WHAT HAD HAPPENED."
So, who are you fooling? Yourself, friends, neighbors, or are you standing upright with integrity?? Fooling others or deception may make you feel better, BUT, my God, your God knows the truth. Proverbs 19:5 "A false witness will not go unpunished, nor will a liar escape."
God gives us promises, look at Psalm 32:2 "Yes, what joy for those whose recored the Lord has cleared of sin, whose lives are lived in complete honesty!!!!! Am I deceptive??? A good question to ask ourselves!!!! Who am I fooling???? NOT GOD!!! Who do I need to please???? The one, the only living God....that is who I need to please.
Thank you for reading with me today. Can you say I love you? Well, I can, I do love you....but most important God loves you!!!!!! Please pray for a young man Zach, a young single mom and her son, for each other, all on this list, our pastors, our leaders. HAVE A GREAT DAY IN THE LORD!!!!!

Can you say, "I LOVE YOU?"

Hello everyone!!! I hope this monday is a wonderful day in the Lord for you. Hate to lose Sunday as it is so rewarding. You know, Bro Lou today talked about praying. No, not taking a few minutes and saying a prayer, but "P R A Y I N G "; you know, really take time with the Lord and do some heavy praying. "If we walk in the light, as God is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin." 1 John 1:7
When we are active in God's family by loving and caring for each other we are in fellowship. True fellowship means to be as committed to each other and love each other as Jesus loved us. How much did Jesus love us? He loved us so much he gave His life for us. WOW!! What kind of love is that? Pretty strong!! Would you do the same? Would you give your life for me, or someone else on this list? OR, would you just give you life for your family. I LOVE YOU, and I would like to think and believe I would give my life for you. We never know what we will do in this situation, UNLESS, we are walking, talking, heavy duty praying, and fellowship with our Father, God.
Through Jesus Christ I would lay my life down for you; through my own strength........I truly don't know. A real man will say I love you, shed tears for his brothers and sisters in Christ, rejoice for each new salvation, cry for the lost, but most of all.....a real man walks daily with God, Jesus; and is filled with the Holy Spirit.
Shock someone today, especially someone close and tell them, "I LOVE YOU"; test the reaction, the smile, and rejoice as you do it. thank you for reading today!! God bless each of you....I LOVE YOU!

How is your LOVE LIFE??????

Good morning everyone!!!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for each and everyone of you. Yes, God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Bad, evil, mean people, nasty people, ugly things are everywhere... .......IF WE LOOK FOR THEM!!!!! What are you looking for????? HOW IS YOUR LOVE LIFE????? Yes, your LOVE LIFE!!!!! Did you know your health is directly related to you LOVE LIFE???? Your outlook on life is directly related to you LOVE LIFE!!!! You may be thinking, what are you talking about??? My LOVE LIFE is none of your business!!!! This is very true, but as you walk the fruits of your LOVE LIFE will show. And, of course, you know I am talking about GOD when I talk about your LOVE LIFE!! Isn't it interesting that in the Old Testament, Deuteronomy 6:5-7 "LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH. THESE WORDS THAT I AM GIVING YOU TODAY ARE TO BE IN YOUR HEART. REPEAT THEM TO YOUR CHILDREN. TALK ABOUT THEM WHEN YOU SIT IN YOUR HOUSE AND WHEN YOU WALK ALONG THE ROAD, WHEN YOU LIE DOWN AND WHEN YOU GET UP." Then we cruise to the New Testament,Matthew 22:37-38 "HE SAID TO HIM, 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND. THIS IS THE GREATEST AND MOST IMPORTANT COMMANDMENT.'" When we worship God faithfully and are obedient we invite His love into our hearts. If we truly love God, He will rule our lives and our love of the Father God will grow even deeper. Christ showed His love for us on the cross and we, Christians, should return Christ's love by sharing it, letting other people see Jesus and His love in us. So.............HOW'S YOUR LOVE LIFE??????? Need a little KNEE TIME????? Then get it, don't put it off.
Challenge, let everyone you work with know that you are in love today, in love with a living GOD!!! Thank you for reading. I do LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Who to believe? Who to trust?

Good morning everyone!!! May God lay His right hand of blessings upon you this day!! May the day be wonderfully bright in the Lord. So many things are happening in the world, we look in wonder and amazement!! Pride and arrogance permeates our societies and what do we do? Usually nothing, we ignore and continue on.
What can this pride and arrogance do to me? In Micah 3:5 "THIS IS WHAT THE LORD SAYS:'YOU FALSE PROPHETS ARE LEADING MY PEOPLE ASTRAY! YOU PROMISE PEACE FOR THOSE WHO GIVE YOU FOOD, BUT YOU DECLARE WAR ON THOSE WHO REFUSE TO FEED YOU." (6) "NOW THE NIGHT WILL CLOSE AROUND YOU CUTTING OFF ALL YOUR VISIONS. DARKNESS WILL COVER YOU, PUTTING AN END TO YOUR PREDICTIONS. THE SUN WILL SET FOR YOU PROPHETS AND YOUR DAY WILL COME TO AN END." (7)"THEN YOU SEERS WILL BE PUT TO SHAME AND YOU FORTUNE-TELLERS WILL BE DISGRACED AND YOU WILL COVER YOUR FACES BECAUSE THERE IS NO ANSWER FROM GOD."
We need to remain true to our calling and did Micah, and proclaim God's words. The false prophets here had messages that leaned toward the favors they received. Not all who say they have messages from God really do. Micah prophesied that one day the false prophets would be shamed by their actions, their words.
It is election time and we, as people of God, following the laws of the land need to take time and let the spirit of discernment lead us. Who do we want to lead us? By studying the Old Testament you will find that the people, kings, who followed God's will propsered and were protected. We need to elect godly men, if not despair and destruction are on the way. Scary!!! Pray about the leading of our nation, pray for our leaders, lift up our nation and pray the peoples of our nation turn away from sinful ways and follow the Lord.
Thank you for reading today. Love each and every one of you!!! If you are getting too much clutter in your email and this is another piece of delete mail let me know and I can solve that problem.
Say in God's word!!!! No one will come to heaven except through me said a certain famouse person named......??????? Yeah!!!

Bible? Anger? Uh......

Good morning everyone!!!! I hope this is a great day in the Lord for you. God is good all the time, all the time God is good. You know, I have visited with you about emblems on our vehicle, what our Bible looks like, and, yep, you know it. I fell off the wagon yesterday.
I was coming back to Tyler from Grapeland and was in a little bit of a hurry, on a time schedule. Well.......when I got to a passing lane the cars in the fast lane did not speed up to pass the truck up ahead, so, yep, I went in the right lane to pass, legal, but right lane. Long story short, the lead car and I had a conflict. This is when I forgot Ephesians 4:26 "IN YOUR ANGER DO NOT SIN....."
Well, of course, this angered me and I harbored that anger the next 6 miles to Palestine. Finally, in Palestine I realized how foolish I was being and had to earnestly pray about it, and most of all about me and my fall from what I do actually believe. Acts 24:16 "Paul wrote: I always try to maintain a clear conscience before God and everyone else." I had to clear my conscience with God. You would never know it, but GOD does, knows all.
Proverbs 12:17 "TRUTHFUL WITNESS BY A GOOD PERSON CLEARS THE AIR, BUT LIARS LAY DOWN A SMOKE SCREEN OF DECEIT."
Proberbs 12:5 "A GOOD MAN'S MIND IS FILLED WITH HONEST THOUGHTS; AN EVIL MAN'S MIND IS CRAMMED WITH LIES."
I had to think about all this!! What type of Bible was I? Makes us stop and think. Thanks for reading with me.Thanks for letting me confess. Please pray for me, our list, the ill, our leaders, our military. God bless you all. Love you all.
In Christ's Love and Grace
