Are you all God wants you to be??

Good morning everyone!! What a wonderful day to be the Lord's day!! Fall
is finally here. Our temperatures are finally coming out of the 80's and
90's to the 50's and 60's. YEA !! This fat pup enjoys the cool so he
doesn't sweat as much.

Do you realize GOD IS GOOD?!?!? We give GOD a lot of credit for things
we do. When something bad happens the question comes forth about why
did God let this happen or why did God do this. Did HE really??

God created us with free will. If HE did not creat us with free will
Adam and Eve would never have sinned. We make the choice. Then again,
have you noticed the closer you come to God the more you question your
salvation or relationship with God. Why do we do this??

The closer we come to God, the more HE reveals in HIS WORD for us. The
more HE reveals, the greater our feelings of unworthiness or concerns
about our relationship with HIM. Why is this happening??

God is developing us into the wonderful character that HE wishes us to
be. As God turns us into this person HE wants, the seeds of true
godliness become evident as they take root in us, and are evidenced by
our humility.

So, the greater we grow in God, the more humble we will be? Yes, we
will be giving credit to the great "I AM" not the individual "I". God
is developing us into the very best we can be, so praise HIM for
providing every tool you need to get there.

2 Peter 1:3 "His divine power has given us everything required for life
and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us."

Isaiah 66:2 "There is something I'm looking for: a person, simple and
plain, reverently responsive to what I say."

What is your purpose???

Good morning everyone!! Oh, yes, a cool, but wonderful day in the Lord. God is good, all the time; all the time, God is good!!!
Hey, why are you here? What are you doing? What is your main purpose? Where are your main thoughts? How do you think? Think about your life with Christ......which one of these men are you? Three men were talking about death and their funeral and what people may say about them. The first said he hoped that when people went by they would say what a good and godly man he was, that they could see Christ in him. The second said he wanted people to say he was an honest man, a good man who took care of his wife and family well, and lived a good life. The third man say when people walked by he wanted them to say, "he's breathing!"
So,which man would you want to be? What is your purpose here in life? Are we what God wants us to be? Are we doing what God wants us to do? Saul was the monster from hell, then became Paul, were things better? yes, they were, BUT, even though he was walking one in Christ he still suffered persecution. Did he reap what he had sown??
Psalm 32:8-11 "The Lord says, 'I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. Do not be like a senseless horse or mule that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.' Many sorrows come to the wicked, but unfailing love surrounds those who trust the Lord. So rejoice in the Lord and be glad, all you who obey him. SHOUT FOR JOY, ALL YOU WHOSE HEARTS ARE PURE!"
So, who rules you GOD? Or, a bit and bridle? There is a man in TMF in Tyler who does not know the Lord, his daughters are saved, but he refuses. His name is not available, I don't know him,but please, claim the victory in Jesus and boldly proclaim that is all things you ask of Jesus will be done and pray for this mans salvation.
